Following its acquisition of two British companies, Sortera, one of Sweden’s leading resource management firms, appointed LBPR to lead its UK launch and integration communications.
Our brief: establish brand awareness in a new market, build employee engagement, and activate communications across every touchpoint. We manage all UK marketing and comms activity, including social media across platforms, internal newsletters and leadership updates, external customer and stakeholder messaging, event management, community engagement, media relations and full-service press office operations.
We introduced the brand to the UK with the positioning concept "A New Way for Waste", launching it through strategic teaser content, earned media coverage, and partnership-led campaigns. The result: strong industry visibility, a clear brand identity, and a fully integrated comms framework for ongoing UK growth.
Ahead of a planned head office relocation, law firm Hunt & Coombs approached LBPR for communications advice. We recommended a full brand refresh to accompany the move and built a teaser campaign that gradually introduced the new visual identity and location across internal and external channels. From there, we managed a full-scale marketing and communications campaign that included day-to-day social media management, internal communications across office locations, client communications, team training, launch event support, and stakeholder messaging.
