The Brief
Titan Airways engaged LionbridgePR at the beginning of 2024, in the wake of an incident which saw Titan’s reputation put at risk. In its 36-year history, the leading charter airline had never worked with an agency before and LBPR was tasked with bringing Titan’s marketing and communications up to scratch, to reflect the polished and professional organisation that it is.
The brief was extremely wide-ranging, with LBPR assuming responsibility for unifying Titan’s brand; taking over content production and social media management; re-vamping its internal comms and engaging with trade and consumer media in a way which the company had never done before.
The Results
To date, Lionbridge has made a significant difference to Titan’s marketing and comms, both in terms of internal and external output. We have transformed the company’s content across social media, secured coverage in leading trade publications and top tier national consumer media and refreshed the brand look and feel and internal comms channels to get everybody singing off the same hymn sheet.
