Point74 turned to Lionbridge to build a strategy for boosting the company’s profile, in order to drive awareness of its unique software, fantastic culture and to leverage its numerous positive client case studies, to help with new business and recruitment.
Prior to engaging LionbridgePR, Point74’s LinkedIn page effectively lay dormant, aside from the occasional recruitment post. We began to enhance the variety of Point74’s LinkedIn content and set to work on establishing a content plan – building and posting a new ‘meet the team’ series, working with clients to generate enthusiastic testimonials, monthly business activity reviews, and more. As well as revamping their LinkedIn page, we also began creating a showreel video for Point74’s website. We were keen to ensure the video could be used in a variety of ways, for both marketing and recruitment, whilst highlighting the company’s positive culture and services. To provide further evidence for Point74 as a must-have solution for potential new clients and recruits, we also conducted a survey with their current clients. This allowed us to leverage new case studies through client testimonials and create an up-to-date portfolio of endorsement and credibility for Point74.
Since transforming the company’s page over the last few months, Point74 has seen a surge in activity, with its posts now receiving an average engagement rate of 50%, along with over 100 new followers. Overall, this increase in online activity has helped the business secure not only new recruits, but also new customers. Having increased Point74’s LinkedIn content to promote its brand visibility, alongside targeting potential new clients across multiple platforms, we have been able to help the business generate impressive new sales leads.
