When growing and building a business, it's sometimes far too easy to get wrapped up working in the business, and never spend any time working on the business.
This was the issue faced by CEO Scott Robinson and COO Martin Sher of Zenith Actuarial. Their actuarial business soared through 2020, achieving great success and growth. However, the team came to realise that the firm’s wider and social presence needed a boost as they established themselves as the premier independent life actuarial consultancy in the UK.
The obvious place for any corporate firm to build a following is of course, LinkedIn. We worked alongside the team members at Zenith to create engaging and useful content about current topics in the actuarial world and regular personal interviews with employees. We also wanted to help Zenith communicate exactly what they do to potential clients concisely, ensuring that all their new material aligned with the company values and their new brand.
Since the March of 2021, we have assisted Zenith with their LinkedIn rebrand. We assisted with the creation of the company brochure and turned this into an online flipbook. Zenith now distribute this to new and existing clients to demonstrate the Zenith offering. We have also helped Zenith to stand out amongst the field, creating regular ‘Meet the Team’ posts on LinkedIn and supported with the uploads of employee articles and Zenith’s monthly Market Insight posts. The Zenith following on LinkedIn has since grown from 79 to 357 (and counting!)
