Martyn's Law compliance documents, tailored to your school

What Martyn's Law asks of schools

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, widely known as Martyn's Law, requires every UK school to hold four written procedures: evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication. Every school needs these procedures in place by April 2027. Schools sit in the Standard Tier, which means no physical security measures, no submission to the regulator and no inspection regime. What the law does require is that the four procedures exist in writing and that staff know how to follow them.

What BridgePacks does

BridgePacks turns a short questionnaire about your school into four documents written around your answers: a formal Martyn's Law Plan, a staff operational guide, an emergency poster, and a prioritised action list that tells you what to do first. Your school type, governance, location, site and size all shape the content, so a rural primary receives a different plan from a town centre secondary.

There is nothing to install, no training course to sit and no new process for staff to learn. The documents arrive ready to present to governors and to share with your team.

Why LionbridgePR built it

LionbridgePR has spent more than twenty years helping organisations prepare for and communicate through a crisis. BridgePacks puts that experience into a form a School Business Manager can pick up directly: clear procedures, plain language and a plan that reflects how schools actually run. Each pack gives your school a framework it understands and owns, rather than a document that sits in a drawer.

Straightforward pricing

BridgePacks is currently available for an initial offer of £200 plus VAT. From 1st October 2006 it will be £300 plus VAT. That includes one year of access and up to twelve regenerations, so your plan can be updated as staff, buildings or procedures change. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, you keep everything you have generated.
