In September 2021, we partnered with Integrity Plus Ltd, a recruitment agency based in Spalding, to redesign their website.
The company hadn’t updated their website and logo for 10 years and were looking to refresh their online presence, as they wanted to increase their business potential.
Re-building their website was also central to Integrity Plus’ desire to expand and re-brand.
Many agencies have had to shift to virtual recruitment in the wake of the pandemic, so we understood how important it was to get Integrity Plus’ new website right.
We wanted to create a website which would reflect Integrity Plus' messaging in a unique and innovative way, with new features to attract numerous candidates and clients beyond their typical outreach.
We planned to build them a fully-developed Knowledge Centre, a new Meet the Team page, and a Recruitment Sectors section, to detail the sectors they specialise in.
By adapting their website with more interactive features, we strove to increase engagement for Integrity Plus, in order to sell their unique expertise to more customers.
The result was a vibrant and fresh new website, which now coordinates Integrity Plus' vivid brand colours with updated images, fonts, and content to strengthen their brand messaging.
We created new ‘Meet the Team’ and ‘Vacancies at Integrity’ posts for their social media channels. These posts have garnered significant attention for our client, due to their vibrant messaging and accessibility on multiple social platforms.
We also built a new LinkedIn page for the company, which has positively enhanced their social media presence and promoted their brand further.
By understanding their desire to expand the business further through their social media channels and a new website, we were able to provide Integrity Plus with a refreshed online presence and promote them as a stand-out recruitment agency in the wider Lincolnshire area.
